- 5. Variety and styles allow most users to purchase various types of car tail plates and hydraulic boarding bridges (height adjustment boards).
- 6. Follow-up supervision, comprehensive evaluation of the price, quality, service and environment of the franchise store, and issue an evaluation report, laying a solid foundation for our success.

Second, the signing requirements:
- 1. Agents and dealers implement a one-year signing system, and contracted dealers must implement market operations in strict accordance with the relevant systems stipulated in the distribution agreement.
- 2. When the first cooperation is carried out, the agent should order the product of more than 100,000 yuan from Sanneng Head Office to be effective.
- 3. Sanneng Company provides computer-injected car and tailgate advertisements, agents make self-installing frames, and cooperate to install advertising signs in the vicinity of agent shops or factories.
- 4. As an agent, there are more than three product sales personnel and more than three installation and maintenance personnel, at least one welder and one electrician.
- 5. The agent should be equipped with a welding machine, oxygen cutting equipment, stacker forklift, magnetic drill, fax machine, each set, 30#, 32#, 17#, 19#, 13#, 10#, 8# open wrench and 30# , 32# socket wrench parts.
- 6. Agents should have their own installation and maintenance site of more than 100 square meters, and equipped with 380V AC power. The site should be located on the side of a wide road with large trucks traveling frequently and with a large amount of traffic.
- 7. When the sales volume of the agent reaches the stage, the return amount will be 2% of the order amount; when the sales volume reaches the end of the year, there will be more rebates.
8. Agents and distributors must strive to achieve sales targets in accordance with the provisions of the agency distribution agreement during the agreement year:
a. Those who complete the annual sales target, without any violation of this management method, shall be given corresponding rebates according to the provisions of the “Distribution Contract” signed by both parties, and the cooperation of the next year may be renewed, and the rebate will be distributed to the dealer in the form of goods. , but not counting the sales for the next year.
b. If the annual business target is not reached and the sales volume does not reach 80% of the “Distribution Contract”, the company will not be entitled to rebate, and has the right to cancel the general agent qualification and find another agent in the same area.
Third, If one of the following circumstances occurs, the company may cancel its agency qualification:
- 1. Without the company's permission, the price may not be reduced without authorization, and the low price dumping will impact the market, seriously affecting the company's brand image and hindering the development of the market. The offender company has the right to revoke its agency rights.
- 2. Agents in the store may not display products other than the company's recognized brand, otherwise they have the right to cancel the agent qualification.
- 3. If the agent sells a series of branded products produced by Counterfeit Sanneng Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd., the company has the right to cancel its agent qualification and find another agent in the same area. If the circumstances are serious, the company will be held liable.
- 4. If the agent's after-sales service is not in place and causes serious impact on the company, the company has the right to revoke its agency rights.
- 5. If the agent sells across the zone without the company's permission and affects other dealers, the company has the right to cancel its agent qualification and find another agent in the same area.
Fourth, Can be reported to the company for approval if:
- 1. If there are large projects that need to be sold at a reduced price during the sales process, you can apply for a large project price from the head office.
- 2. I have a good understanding of the situation in the region and have a good sales plan to apply to the company.
- 3. If, due to special circumstances, if there are large-scale projects or undeveloped areas and other cross-regional sales, the agent must apply to the company, and the company can make reasonable adjustments and record approval according to the actual situation before selling. Sales performance across sales is owned by dealers in the region, and after-sales service is also handled by distributors in the region.
- 1. All agents should actively expand the sales team, make reasonable suggestions on product prices, packaging and other aspects and collect market information of this product or similar products, timely transfer business information, sales volume, inventory and other information to the company, and maintain close contact with the company.
- 2. To maintain the company's brand image, there must be no acts that discredit the company's products and reputation.
- 3. There is no reason to divulge a company's trade secrets to others, especially competitors, and offenders are subject to heavy penalties. If the circumstances are serious, the legal responsibility will be investigated.
- 4. In order to establish a national unified brand and enhance brand competitiveness, the company requires local agents and agents to use unified product names, advertisements, publicity, promotional activities, packaging, business cards and other system information.
